Pasta shold be boiled in the
water together with salt. It is always 100g pasta + 1 liter water+ 1/2 teaspoon salt
The boiling time is usually stated on the packing, which is varied according to the shape of the pasta. (It is also
varied by the different factory.) For example:
the bow type pasta FARFALLE= 11 minutes
the No.3 spaghetti= 10 minutes
