I have learned a lot cooking from you.
Now, maybe my turn to say something which might help you.
..In the first 36 hours, use cold patch method.
During this 36 hours, your body is trying to rescue the pain spot, so, sending lot blood, Chi, creating heat(over-reacting and damaging ur body)... If you use warm method at this point , you are damaging more.
..After 36 hours, use warm patch method.
During this period, you need to 化瘀, then let new blood come in to build new tissue. If not, then the 瘀
can make ur back pain keeping coming back.
..Better using moisture patch when using warm method. Let the moisture to pass the heat for you, not to dry out your body tissue.
..Spend some time to find the exact tiny spot (as big as a red bean) which is the real pain resource, then use mind method and pose method to relax that tiny spot. Then, your back pain will almost never come back again.
But you cannot do it now, you have to wait about 3 weeks.
