hmmm... You might be refering to Teriyaki sauce? Donno what's Teriyaki in Chinese. But if it's Teriyaki you are looking for, here is the recipe I have been using to marinate Chickens:
-Soy sauce 1 Cup
-Dry white wine 1& 1/2 Cup (SAKE is better if you can get it)
-Granulated Sugar l Cup
-Ginger 2 slices
-Garlic 2 Cloves
1. Combine all the inredients
2. Cook until it comes to a boil
3. Set on simmer, cook until sauce sets thick (about 1 hour)
4. At this point, take out the pieces of Ginger & the Garlic
